We’re Different

Our mission is to provide a culture where women can connect (men welcome at some events) through a community dedicated to business growth. We bring business owners and smart people (who happen to work for other people), together. Our events bring great story’s, personalities and intelligence that otherwise might not be shared, to the community.

There are a ton of women’s networking groups out there. All of them have something valuable to offer. We’re kinda different though. We’ll never ask you to pump your fist in the air, jump up and down or hold hands and cry.

We will partner up, refer you and offer to help whenever you have issues. And key to SMARTY is that we are experience-based. Our programming isn’t textbook. This isn’t business school. Rather it’s the school of real life, real business and real experiences.

Learn from other people’s mistakes and successes and hear stories that besides saving you time and money, will inspire you to keep going for it. Being a Member means you have an entire community to rely on for answers to your questions, and because we tend to be “connectors,” you’ll find that people are generous with their Rolodexes. Business is the most fun when you’re doing something you love and getting paid like Mick Jagger. At least we think so.
